LINEPIPES FOR PIPELINES

Linepipes and associated products for projects in the energy sectors are the core of our business. BROWNFIELD supply linepipe packages both for Onshore as well as Offshore applications.

Seamless linepipes for the oil & gas industry can be supplied from 1/2” - 24”, wall thickness up to 90 mm.

HFI/ERW linepipes can be supplied from 4” - 24”, wall thicknesses up to 25.4 mm.

LSAW linepipes from 16”to 100”with wall thicknesses up to 90 mm.

HSAW (spiral) linepipes from 16” - 120” and wall thicknesses op to 25.4 mm.

Linepipes are supplied in material grades to API 5L, ASTM, EN 10208-2, EN 10217-3 or EN 10216-3. Typical material grades range from “B” to “X80”

Value added items for linepipes such as:

■ Controlled bore

■ Fixed lengths (in particular for Offshore applications)

■ Complex, multi-angle bevels

■ End protection (recessed plastic end caps suitable for hook loading and steel ring bevel protectors to ensure that the pipes arrive at site undamaged)

■ Container stuffing

■ All kinds of packing (skids, crates, and wooden boxes)

SEAMLESS CARBON STEEL

BROWNFIELD delivers a wide range of pipes both from stock as production. Our stock consists of both seamless and welded pipes in diameters ranging from 1” to 56”. All our products primarily come from European or Japanese manufacturers, including Norsok M650 approvals, who are highly acclaimed in the international Up- and Downstream markets, and able to comply to the most stringent testing requirements.
